The night before...
I started early on the Turkey gravy, therefore Jamie Oliver calls it the Get-ahead Gravy. Who knows this will take me 3 hours?! Anyhoo, 1st try – hope this will taste good on HoboXmas09! Cross the fingers next year's will be better :P



So Getahead Turkey gravy is frozen as we speak and will be married with Turkey roast juices on actual day. So let's see how this will turn out!

And earlier in the late morning...
I started on the 2nd-try Kueh Lapis Spekkoek, or Kueh Lapis Legit. Oh the crazy process, which I must admit, it's super fun to prep, but crazy tedious to grill each layer. And after all that's done, you think to yourself while looking at the cake – ALL FOR THIS?!



Yup.
